Returns & Refund Policy
Returns are only honoured if the item is delivered back to our studio in the same condition it left our studio in and the item is in a condition where it can be resold. Customers can keep the flyers and stickers included with the original order.
Always use tracked or signed for services to guarantee delivery at our studio.
Items must be returned to us within 28 days of you receiving your order.
Returns postage is to be paid for by the customer unless the item sent was incorrect or faulty. For UK customers where the item sent was incorrect or faulty we will refund the postage costs for 2nd class signed for or RM48 signed for services only. No services other than these services will be will be honoured. For international customers who have received an incorrect or faulty item contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of the order arriving back in our studio.
Orders placed using Cryptocurrencies will be refunded in the GBP value of the item / order and not in the Cryptocurrency you placed your order with.
Exchanges must be returned to us within 28 days of the order being delivered to you. We currently do not offer free returns postage for exchanges.
We will reship your order exchange for free within 3-5 working days of it arriving back in our studio
