Delivery Information

Although we aim to ship all orders the same or next working day, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be shipped as we make everything to order. Almost 100% of express orders will be shipped the same or next working day; however, during busy periods it can take up to 2 working days for your order to be produced and shipped.
We will not refund the shipping cost for customers whose express order has taken 2 working days to be dispatched.

We ship all orders via tracked or recorded delivery – please make sure someone is available to sign for your order when delivery is attempted.

Prepaid customs

All orders being shipped to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada have prepaid duty, customs and taxes.
This means the amount you pay at the checkout is the final amount you pay – there are no unexpected fees on delivery.
All international countries outside of these regions may have duty, customs and taxes to pay on delivery. If you would like more information on a specific country which is not included in this list, you can contact us and we will get back to you the same or next working day.
