We provide this service through MailChimp. On occasion we may ask for feedback from you about the usage or services our website provides to help us develop and improve it further. How do we process your information?

We use an external provider to run our store, BigCommerce. BigCommerce is based in the US and is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class service and data protection. Through BigCommerce, we also use other, highly specialised external providers to provide the most competitive services. For example:

 

● Payment: ​Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information), but we want to use accredited companies to process your credit card information. Dream But Do Not Sleep do not store any of your payment data internally and all payment transactions are hosted via  secure third party gateways such as PayPal UK Ltd or Stripe, Inc.

Your data is stored through PayPal UK Ltd’s or Stripe Inc’s data storage, databases and their general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
