Delivery information

Although we aim to ship all orders the same or next working day, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be shipped as we make everything to order. The vast majority of express orders will be shipped the same or next working day, however during busy periods it can take up to 3 working days for your order to be produced and shipped. We will not refund any customers who's express order has taken 3 working days to be dispatched. Some products will always take 2 working days day to be dispatched even during quiet periods. These products have the following text at the end of the product description:

"Please note that this product has a shipping time of 2 working days. All express delivery services will be valid 2 working days after the product has been marked as shipped."

We ship all orders via tracked or recorded delivery so please make sure someone is available to sign for your order when delivery is attempted.

If your order has not arrived within the time periods below then contact us with your order number and full address so we can look in to this further for you.

UK orders

Please read the dispatch times in the above delivery information section for clarity on when your order will arrive.

Free delivery and Royal Mail 2nd class - 2-5 working days.

Royal Mail 1st class delivery - 1-2 working days.

Special Delivery - next working day by 1pm (if ordered before 9am).

Saturday Special delivery - Saturday by 1pm (if ordered before 9am).

DPD - 1 working day (if ordered before 9am).

International orders

Free delivery and Royal Mail tracked and signed - usually 5-10 working days, but can take 20 working days.

DPD by road - 2-6 working days.
